2. Contact Your Local Crisis Team:
o Most areas have mental health crisis teams that can provide urgent care and support. You can contact your local NHS urgent mental health helpline for advice and assistance.
3. Visit A&E:
o If you need urgent medical attention, visit your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.
